Helper is a city in Carbon County, Utah, about 110 miles southeast of Salt Lake City and 7 miles northwest of the the Utah State University Eastern campus in the city of Price. It is historically known as the "Hub of Carbon County," and more recently has developed into an artistic center for greater southeastern Utah.
